Sula Beauty is a Toronto based company that first started selling fragrances but have since expanded into lipglosses, nailpolishes and bath/body products. They also have distribution in the USA and UK. I have been a fan of Sula Roll on Perfumes since I discovered them during Christmas 2008. My first purchases were the Roll on Perfumes in Champagne Sugar and Vanilla Blossom. The six piece mini roll on perfume set is $45.00 CAD. The mini set contains six 5mL vials from their collection. Full sized roll on vials are 10mL each and cost $18.00 CAD. I found mine at Front and Company ( a local boutique) but you can find these Canada wide at London Drugs. These oil based perfumes last forever. I have only used up about half of my full sized vials in Champagne Sugar and Vanilla Blossom and I used them quite frequently. I like the mini set of six because I can sample all of them with lower cost rather than spending $90.00 to buy all of them full size. In addition, I can mix and match them to customize the scent depending on my mood. They are non-greasy and absorb fast. I find all the scents quite light and pleasant and none of them are overpoweringly strong. They last on my body about 5-6 hours but it really varies between each scent.
Champagne Sugar: Is my favourite scent out of the six. This scent smells sweet and fuzzy with notes of champagne, ginger, cotton candy and sugar cane. I love the scent of the ginger because it tones down the sweetness and makes it a bit tangy and zingy.
Vanilla Blossom: This a warm and rich blend of vanilla with tonka bean and cherry blossom. This scent smells sweetly floral.
Stiletto Musk: This scent smells slightly musky, warm and oriental. It is an alluring blend of musk, amber and dusky flora. Although Sula describes this as “alluring,” this is probably my least favourite scent because I am not a big fan of musky scents because I find it too heady for me. But I love stilettos!
Sun Kissed Citrus: This scent smells very fresh and clean and light. It is bright and zesty with notes of tangerine, lemon, orange, grapefruit and bergamot.
Butterfly Kiss: This is the most feminine scent in the set and it smells very floral. It is a delicate blend kissed with sweet pea and pink peony and ethereal notes of freesia, blackberry and gardenia.
Blackberry Blush: This one smells sweet, tart and fresh. It has notes of blackberry and cassis blend with osmanthus, rose and hints of soft musk and vanilla. Blackberry Blush is fresh and sweet and the musk scent is not even detectable for my nose, which is good because I am not a fan of musk.
