I love MAC pigments but I hardly buy them because I thought they are a bit steep and also I will never use up one. From MAC’s Alice + Olivia comes the pigments Later, If it Sparkles and Partylicious. These pigments are delicious and I love and wanted all three of them, but sadly it was not in the budget. Luckily, my friend bought all three and kindly gave me some samples of each. All of these are very smooth and fine. They swatch on very nicely and they have very little fallout.

“If it Sparkles” though pretty and versatile, is probably the most dupable and common of the three. It is a white with pink iridescence. I am sure you can find a white in MAC’s existing collection that is a close cousin to it. In fact, I think it looks a lot like Medusa’s Makeup Eye Dust in Full Moon.
“Later” is a gorgeous dark blacken purple with light purple and blue sparkles. It is the most pigmented of the three and requires a light hand. This would be lovely for a smokey eye.

“Partylicious” is a very pretty ocean turquoise with golden iridescence. This colour is the sheerest of the three but building up the colour is easy. I think this is one of my favourite MAC pigments to be release and would make a fantastic nailpolish colour as well. MAC please make a turquoise nailpolish like this!
