Above: MAC In the Groove MSF Petticoat
MAC’s MSF Petticoat is another gem I decided I can’t let go of from the In the Groove collection. Being that Stereo Rose and In Candle Light are taking turns selling out on the Canadian website, I know it is a matter of time this shimmery raspberry pink is sold out and who knows when it would be released again. If I recalled correctly, it took Stereo Rose five years to be re-promoted. Petticoat is also a re-promote and it is a beauty in its own right.
In the pan, it is a light pink with deep bronzy pink veining and specks of gold. When swirled together, its a lovely blend of bronzy raspberry pink. It is shimmery with soft flecks of fine gold glitter. I would recommend using this with a light hand because it is very pigmented and shimmery. I like to use a Kabuki brush to buff this on my cheeks for a nice sheer flush of pink. This is a lovely colour because it gives my cheeks a nice rosy glow because of the shimmer. If you love pinks, I think this is a nice MSF to buy because Petticoat needs just as much love as Stereo Rose!

I really loved this color but couldn’t justify spending the money for it.
I love MSFs and I agree that they are too expensive. I wish they are less expensive too.
