I managed to snag a set of Urban Decay’s Alice in Wonderland Palette from a friend who bought an extra box. Lucky me! I did see these at my local Sephora but decided to hold off it for a while. Of course when I decided to get on it is sold out online and in stores. So I was very lucky to be able to grab one off her. The packaging is gorgeous and evokes a dark fantasy vibe. The packaging is like the Urban Decay Book of Shadows with a “book cover” and a pull out drawer of 16 eyeshadows; two 24/7 Glide on Liners; and mini eyeshadow primer potion. It includes a pop up art of scene in the movie along with a mirror. Enjoy these pictures! I will be back with swatches and a review as soon as I am able to.

Beautiful palette, I just wish they’d come up with some unique colors, and less of the glitter texture.
Hi Phyrra,
I agree, that they should have released 16 new and limited edition colours for the palette rather than renaming existing colours. Fortunately, I don’t have the majority of the colours. I also have had trouble with some of U/D glitter bomb shadows: lots of fallout!
Oh my word, gorgeous. I want this badly.
Hi Alexa,
It is a pretty palette and Sephora got more stock on the website!
This is so pretty! I’d love to get my hands on one…you’ll surely make some fantastic looks with this!
I tried Curiouser and Queen today and so far I like this palette. I just wish some of the eyeshadows are not glittery because there was a lot of fallout.
I considered this but the colors are not new so I’m on the fence. These books are a great deal though!

Hi Kajal Couture,
The Alice in Wonderland Bookof Shadows is a pretty good deal. Fortunately, I am fairly new to the Urban Decay brand and I don’t have the majority of the colours. I do wish that U/D came up with new limited edition colours that are exclusive to this set though because that would make it extra special.
i have the ammo palette from a while ago (totally got it becoz of the packaging) and yes i agree UD is usually a bit heavy on the glitters.
Hi GG,
I haven’t played around with the Ammo palette at the store but the packaging is beautiful. I would have been sucked in as well.
